Coralie Viau-Aubrey is a Clinical Master of Social Work (MSW) student at the University of British Columbia. As an emerging social worker, experience has been gained in crisis intervention, victim support, and substance use and addiction recovery. A strong foundation in psychology and counselling has been developed through academic and clinical training.
Holistic and Client-Centred Mental Health Support
A holistic, strengths-based, and relational approach is used to support individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Trauma-informed and client-centred care is emphasized. A safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment is fostered where individuals can feel heard, understood, and respected.
Experience in Crisis Intervention and Addiction Recovery
Experience has been obtained through work involving crisis intervention, victim support, and substance use and addiction recovery. Support has been provided to individuals facing emotional challenges, relationship concerns, and the impacts of trauma. Collaboration, empathy, and evidence-informed practice are viewed as essential components of effective mental health care.
