Matthew is a registered social worker in Kelowna, British Columbia with over a decade of experience working as a mental health professional. He has a passion for helping people, and wants to see people reach their full potential.

Matthew practices from a client-centred, trauma-informed, strength-based framework that is rooted in attachment, systems and intersectionality theory. Matthew is skilled in emotional focused therapy(EFT), cognitive behaviour therapy(CBT), solution-focused(SFBT) and motivational therapy.
