Christina has been my counsellor for the last 6yrs and I keep going back to her when life becomes stressful and difficult to cope with. I find her easy to understand, knowledgeable, and super caring. I'm thankful she's been there for me. I wouldn't see anyone else because I find that she's the only person I trust to open up too. It was so lonely before I met her and with her in my life, I feel less alone and like someone finally gets me.
I was struggling with my anxiety for years but after coming to counselling now for a while I've noticed a huge improvement in my ability to cope. - Fred
My anxiety was a challenge but now I'm coping so much better now thanks to Christina.
