In-Person and Phone Sessions
50-MINUTE SESSION – $115
Standard session for those who want a concentrated Kelowna therapy appointment and feel that their concerns can be addressed within this time frame. Our most popular session length is 50-minutes. Kelowna Counselling Fees are standard counselling fees. We do offer a preferred rate for some that may qualify using a sliding scale.

75-MINUTE SESSION – $190
Ideal for people who are looking for more time to express their concerns. Less time pressure when you feel that there is a lot of ground to cover. This session length allows more time for goal setting and planning, or if needed, crisis intervention. Subject to availability; daytime appointments only.

- Three 75-minute Sessions:$530

- Five 75-minute Sessions:$880

- Ten 75-minute Sessions:$950
Save $200.
Packages must be prepaid and are non-refundable. You have up to one year to use your sessions. If you purchase a counselling package and want to claim the cost through your workplace extended health plan, please note that extended health benefit plans do not allow you to claim for prepaid sessions (i.e. sessions which have not yet occurred). As such, we will divide the cost of the package by the number of sessions and write you separate receipts for the date of each session. For example, if you purchase a Startup Package for $450, I will issue you I will issue you 3 receipts for $150, each receipt dated for and issued on the date of each session.
25-MINUTE BOOSTER SESSION – $75
For established clients who have met their therapy goals and are wanting to maintain their gains long-term.
Other Fees
COUPLES
Our couples session rate is $130 and it may be recommended depending upon your individual therapist to each have separate appointments.
There is an additional cost of $29 USD for couples who have chosen to complete the Gottman Relationship Check Up questionnaires plus a fee of $100, to cover the time it takes us to review and summarize the questionnaire results and develop specific recommendations for you. This fee must be paid before we can complete our review.
REPORTS, FORMS, LETTER WRITING, CLINICAL DOCUMENT REVIEW
There is no charge for work that is 10 minutes or less; completion of this work is dependent on our current schedule availability.
Requests over 10 minutes are billed at $70 per half hour of work.
