My Story

The Rockies taught me resilience. Raised amid their rugged beauty, I learned early that adversity shapes us but doesn’t define us. From early childhood education to counselling, I’ve carried this truth: healing begins when we honor our stories—even the shattered pieces.

Using sand trays, mindfulness, or EMDR, I help clients rebuild from within. As a mother and canine mama, I know attachment is life’s first language. My work isn’t just about trauma; it’s about reclaiming the wholeness that’s always been yours.

Enjoys Working With

  • Adults

  • Children & Youth

  • Families

  • Couples

Greta rejects the “one-size-fits-all” myth, crafting personalized, collaborative plans that honor your unique story, strengths, and pace. Drawing from her own journey of overcoming adversity, she blends experiential methods, skill-building, and compassionate curiosity to help you reclaim agency and connection.

When not counselling, Greta explores the Okanagan’s landscapes, spends time with her family and dog, and reflects on the wisdom she’s gathered from decades of supporting growth in others.
