Employee Assistance Programs
Employee assistance programs (EAP) are employee benefit programs that assists employees with personal difficulties and/or work-related difficulties that may impact their job performance, health, mental and emotional well-being. EAPs generally offer free and confidential assessments, short-term counselling, referrals, and follow-up services for employees and their household members.
At Orchard Valley Counselling Services, we may accept coverage through Employment Assistance Programs but contact your company HR department for more information.
