Angie blends warmth, laughter, and deep empathy to create a safe space where clients feel understood. She draws from evidence-based modalities like Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside Attachment Theory, Mentalization, and somatic techniques to address mind-body connections.
