My Story

Existential questions have guided me since my days in the Military Reserves: What gives life meaning? How do we rise after falling? Supporting soldiers and youth alike, I saw how trauma and anxiety can cloud purpose—but also how courage rewires despair.

My approach blends logic and soul. Whether through CBT or psychoanalysis, I help clients confront shadows to find their light. Life isn’t a problem to solve but a mystery to embrace. Let’s explore yours together.

Having worked with diverse populations — from military personnel to neurodivergent individuals — Ihab approaches counselling with cultural sensitivity and adaptability. His time in the Military Reserves deepened his understanding of stress, resilience, and the complexities of human behavior, informing his compassionate, action-oriented style.

When not counselling, Ihab channels his curiosity into learning, outdoor activities, and supporting community mental health initiatives.
