At Orchard Valley Counselling Services we wanted to make it easy for you to manage to pay your counselling bill payments online. We’re Making It Easier To Pay Your Bill Online.

You will be utilizing our online booking system called “Jane”. This system is used for scheduling appointments and billing which is the trusted platform utilized by many medical professionals throughout the world. You will be taken to our link to this platform.

By enrolling, you will be able to:

• add a credit card
• pay your bill with a credit card or check your account for any outstanding counselling fees
• view or print your statements online
• receive email notifications for new statements

Additionally, you can:

• complete your intake and consent forms
• create changes to your profile form ie. phone number, email address, address or healthcare information;etc
• make changes to your doctor’s contact information
• change or cancel your counselling appointment (Please Note: Only available by particular counsellors)
